One of the colours most associated with the Art Deco era is green.  

 

This very pretty, vintage necklace dates from the 1940s.  The lime green swirl beads are also leafy teardrop shapes, which echo the green colours, separated with an accent of teal green in the glass spacers.  

 

Strung on their original thread, with their original clasp, these beads are a stunning example of the Art Deco colourway.  

 

This necklace measures 47cms (18.5 inches) and is in excellent vintage condition.
