Pressed Glass Necklace

The original two-tone green and black beads were from a broken string but were a rare find.
All the vintage beads are in excellent condition and are handmade from pressed two-colour glass decorated with pinched ridges, an effect achieved by hand when the glass is in its molten state.
The necklace has been rebuilt, using round black onyx beads and the original smaller mint green round beads towards the back, spaced with tiny black glass spacers.
The clasp is a black oxide lobster clasp with a trigger mechanism, which is very safe.
The original brass bead caps have been re-used to replicate the original design of the necklace, which is now secure and in excellent condition for wear.
The necklace is sold with a matching pair of drop earrings on black oxide ball and post findings, with butterfly backs, for pierced ears.
